Centre pivot hinge is positioned slightly above the centre axis for improved functionality.
BBA approved, meeting UK building standards.
The topSafe security and safety system includes a reinforced hinge and keep, along with a steel slat on the lower part of the sash, achieving Class III safety as per EN13049.
External finish is aluminium in RAL7022 (grey-brown), with a natural pine wood frame internally.
The internal finish includes two layers of clear lacquer.
The handle is bottom-placed for easy operation.
Acoustic rating is 36 dB (-2, -5), offering excellent sound insulation.
This window package includes a thermal flashing kit; please confirm the roof covering and roof pitch to ensure the correct flashing is supplied.
Also included are insulating collars: XDP – a breather membrane collar and insulation that connects the window to the roof system, and XDS – an airtight internal flashing that forms a barrier against warm, humid air between the internal reveal and the plasterboard.
Suitable for roofs with pitches between 15° and 70°.
