Sustainability

Are you a Sustainable Company?

Yes! We try our upmost to meet the valued of the products we sell, which means that while our products help with sustainability, energy etc so do we.

We currently offset all of our shipping costs against co2 to make sure at minimum we are neutral in this area. We are consistently looking at ways to become more sustainable and help the environment generally, any feedback for this area would be more than welcome!

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed & then fulfilled (shipped), we cannot cancel the order. If an order has a cancellation request prior to us fulfilling and shipping, then in this instance we can look into it, but the window for this is very small.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Please Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours.

However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will then start being dealt with from the following Monday, so could be slightly longer.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to mainland UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products have varied delivery times depending on what you are ordering. Generally our orders take 3-5 working days to get to you, however some products can by slightly quicker and some longer, depending on the product.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Non Returnable Items: Paints/Primers/Liquids, Renders/Plasters, Tinted Products, Bespoke Products.

Only items that have been purchased directly from us with a valid order number and receipt can be returned to us. All products returned must be unopened and undamaged, in it's original condition.

You have 14 calendar days to return items to us, shipping is your responsibility and cost. You will also be charged a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. For more details on our return policy, feel free to refer to Refund Policy.

If you have any specific questions or concerns regarding a potential return, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s) - this can sometimes take up to 10 business days.
