Refund policy

Non Returnable Items: Paints/Primers/Liquids, Renders/Plasters, Tinted Products, Bespoke Products.

Only items that have been purchased directly from us with a valid order number and receipt can be returned to us. All products returned must be unopened and undamaged, in it's original condition.

You have 14 calendar days to return items to us, shipping is your responsibility and cost. You will also be charged a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.
